ChemLogix Selects Nistevo's Transportation Management Solution; Nistevo and ChemLogix to Partner to Bring Leading Logistics Solutions to the Chemical Market.

MINNEAPOLIS -- Nistevo Corporation, the leading Collaborative Logistics Network(SM) for transportation management, today announced that ChemLogix, LLC, a leading provider of integrated logistics solutions for the chemical industry, has selected the Nistevo Network. The agreement enables ChemLogix to further automate its transportation management operations and to provide improved load visibility to its shipper customers.

Terms of the agreement will enable ChemLogix to deploy Nistevo's transportation management system (TMS) across multiple customers, and to enhance -- as well as add -- product and service offerings. Additionally, the agreement enables Nistevo a unique opportunity to access organizations within the chemical market through a recognized partner with proven domain expertise.

Nistevo's Web-hosted TMS will replace ChemLogix's current client-server based TMS system. Through the Nistevo Network, ChemLogix will automate the company's existing logistics execution processes, including tendering, settlement, reporting and analysis. ChemLogix will also gain real-time tracking, visibility and alert notification for improved customer service.
