 and Scoop, has leased the entire 6,000 s/f fifth floor at 535 West 24th Street.

Michelle Stone, managing director of Sinvin Realty Corp. and exclusive leasing agent for the building, represented the landlord. Susan B. Anthony represented the tenant, making this the second deal the brokers have done together in the building.

The move will enable the fashion company to expand its showroom from its current location at 4 West 22nd Street.

Financial terms of the five-year lease with five-year option to renew are not being disclosed, but the landlord had been asking $32 per square foot.

535 West 24th Street already has several art galleries as tenants, and there are many more in other buildings on the block.

Christophe Desmaison, owner of CD Network, commented, "It will be great to be amid the creative energy of Chelsea's art galleries."
