Chef relives pals' deaths; INQUEST.A CHEF yesterday relived the horrifying flash-flood that killed three friends. Driver Ryan Martel, 26, Frankie Chappel, 17, and Luke Mackin, 20, died when their car was washed away on a farm track near Zenor, Cornwall, in April. Chef Oliver Gardner, 20, survived.
