Bio-American Capital Corp. reports that it has changed its name to Cheetah Oil & Gas Ltd. (OTCBB:COGL) and that it has been issued a new trading symbol on the OTCBB. The name change is effective May 26, 2004 and the new trading symbol is COGL-OTCBB. The company's new CUSIP number is 163076 10 2.

Management and directors of the company believe this name change was necessary to more accurately reflect the focus of the company.
