Business is booming at the wallet-friendly pub in the Naomh Olaf Foundation
Naomh Olaf was founded in 1981 as part of the devoloping parish of Balally, South County Dublin. The club house was built and players were recruited from around the area. Players tended to come from the local schools of Queen of Angels, St. Olafs, St.
 GAA club in Sandyford, Dublin, offering the bargain pint of Fosters.

Club Administrator Trish Farelly said: "We have a lot of students coming in and it has definitely brought younger people back to the club during the recession."

The cost of a pint of Guinness varies from EUR3 to as much as EUR6.10 in the capital, while Heineken can cost anything up to EUR6.50.
