), intends to release its fourth quarter and full year 2002 results on Thursday, February 6, 2003 before the open of the market.

In conjunction with this release, Checkpoint Systems will host a conference call on the same day at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, which will be simultaneously broadcast live over the Internet.
