Checkpoint Genetics Inc. Appoints Robert Rosner to Lead Company's Business Development Effort.

WEST CHESTER, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 14, 2000

Checkpoint Genetics Inc. today announced the appointment of Robert Rosner as director, Business Development, of Checkpoint Genetics Inc., a subsidiary of Checkpoint Genetics Pharmaceuticals Inc. (OTC:CKPT).

In this position, Rosner will be responsible for the marketing department and launch of the Tsunami Supplements Division, as well as development of licensing and collaborative partnerships.

A recognized marketing executive, Rosner, 47, has more than 25 years' experience in sales and marketing of pharmaceutical and consumer products. He brings senior marketing management experience to Checkpoint Genetics through his previous positions as Marketing manager at G&W Laboratories and vice president, Sales, at CASS Communications Inc. Rosner is a graduate of Penn State University.

Rosner has launched several products at G&W Laboratories, where his broad expertise anticipating market parameters, led to its success in the marketplace.
