(NYSE:CKP CKP - Checkpoint CKP - Chris Key Players (band) CKP - Concept Knowledge Processing CKP - Crankshaft Position) today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Alarmex, Inc., a privately-held CCTV CCTV - Campzone Community Television CCTV - Capital Community Television (Salem, Oregon) CCTV - China Central Television CCTV - Chittenden Community Television (Burlington, Vermont) CCTV - Closed Circuit Television CCTV - Command and Control Training Vehicle manufacturer based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Terms were not disclosed. Alarmex, Inc. designs, manufactures, installs and services a broad line of closed circuit television (CCTV) and point-of-sale exception monitoring systems for customized applications. The company also designs and installs burglar and fire alarm monitoring systems, primarily for retail markets. Alarmex had revenues of about $20 million in 1993. President and Chief Executive Officer Kevin P.
