Checkmate Reports Fourth Quarter Results and Record 1995 Net Revenues.

Net revenues were $7,034,000, up 25.6 percent from the $5,599,000 reported in the fourth quarter of 1994. Net revenues for the year ended Dec. 31, 1995 were $29,160,000, up 69.7 percent from the $17,186,000 reported in 1994.

Net income per share for the year was $0.47, up 62.1 percent from $0.29 in 1994.
