(stock abbreviation, AMEX) ), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced that the company's board of directors has approved a two-for-one stock split, to be effected in the form of a stock dividend. The record date for the stock split is expected to be on July 14, 2000, payment date is expected to be on July 25, 2000 and post-split trading is expected to commence on July 26, 2000.
