Check Point Software Announces Share Repurchase Program; Board of Directors Approves Plan to Acquire up to $200 Million of Outstanding Common Stock.

(stock abbreviation, AMEX) ), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to an additional $200,000,000 of its outstanding common stock in the open market or through privately negotiated transactions.
