Cheap booze storm.HEALTH experts and politicians have hit out at a nightclub's "drink all you can for pounds 5.99" promotion. Government minister and Oldham MP Phil Woolas described the promotion as "simply irresponsible ir·re·spon·si·ble adj. 1. Marked by a lack of responsibility: irresponsible accusations. 2. Lacking a sense of responsibility; unreliable or untrustworthy. 3. ". He added: "I'm glad this has been exposed." Dr Penny Cook Penny Cook (born 13 July 1957) is a popular Australian actress.
