Chautauqua Airlines Announces Nonstop Service Between Harrisburg and Newark.


INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 1998--Chautauqua Airlines Inc. operating as US Airways Express US Airways Express is an airline brand name, rather than a fully certificated airline, and as such, the US Airways Express name is used by several individually owned airlines or airline holding companies which provide regional airline and commuter service for US Airways.  announced it will commence nonstop service between Harrisburg and Newark International Airport on September 9.

The schedule will provide three daily nonstop flights, Monday through Friday utilizing Jetstream J-31 jet prop aircraft. On Sundays two nonstop flights will operate. A special introductory fare of $99 each way based on a round trip purchase will be available until October 12. Travel must be completed by October 15. Seats are limited and other restrictions apply. The full schedule is available in US Airways Pacer and related reservations systems.

In announcing the new service, John Presburg, vice president, marketing and planning, stated, "We are especially pleased to be able to offer nonstop service to Newark from Harrisburg. As the business grows, so will our service."
