Chateau Elan Hosts 8th Annual Vineyard Fest Saturday, August 28.


Vineyard Fest, the colorful annual celebration of the grape harvest at Chateau Elan Chateau Elan is the largest winery in Georgia[1] and is located in Braselton, 40 miles (0 km) north of Atlanta.

It was founded in 1982 by Dr. Don Panoz who came from the pharmaceutical industry.

            harvesting of its vineyards. Centerpiece of the 3,500 acre
            resort destination is a 16th century style French Chateau
            surrounded by acres of vineyards evoking images of the
            Loire Valley of France and California's Napa Valley.
            Chateau Elan produces and sells 23 kinds of premium and
            varietal wines.
