The company further reports the formation of an Internet Products group headed by Rex Jackson Rex Frederick Jackson (7 October, 1928 - ) was an Australian politician, elected as a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly. He was the son of a railway fettler and born in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales and educated at Harefield Public School and Junee and Sutherland , vice president of Technology.

Jackson states, "Our highly managed platforms provide the densities and hardware management that companies deploying large numbers of web servers require. Combined with authoring tools and a suite of interface choices, our group will deliver complete, integrated web server solutions."

ChatCom Inc. manufactures remote access communications and application servers and gateways for local area, LANs and wide area, WAN, networks. The company was a pioneer in remote access technology, the most famous product being the ChatterBox(TM) communication servers.
