Chase inks B'way lease.


Rose Associates, Inc., has completed a lease with Chase Bank at 785 Broadway Broadway, famous thoroughfare in New York City. It extends from Bowling Green near the foot of Manhattan island N to 262d St. in the Bronx. Throughout its length Broadway is chiefly a commercial street. . The bank secured a 15-year lease for 3,000 s/f on the southwest comer com·er
