Chase Resource - election of directors to company's board.


VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 16, 1996--At the company's annual general meeting held on May 9, 1996, four of the existing directors of the company were re-elected to the board of directors.

Returning directors are Ian T. Rozier, Michael P. Callahan, Paul A. Ray and D. Grenville Thomas. At the meeting, it was announced that one former director, Douglas B. Hyndman, had submitted his resignation. Mr. Lee Browne II was nominated nom·i·nate
