Chase Machine.

BOOTH 335

Chase Machine's Single Position Ultrasonic Ring Welder offers filter bag manufacturers an alternative method of producing numerous products for varying markets and filtration needs. This design is used to fuse needlepunch or spunbond/meltblown filter bags to polypropylene or polyester rings. By welding plastic rings to the bag rather than sewing them (as is typically done), manufacturers are able to achieve low costs due to the elimination of consumables, as well as speed of assembly.

The Single Position Ultrasonic Ring Welder is designed to be safe, efficient and operator-friendly. Superior ergonomics allow the operator to sit or stand while having access to load and unload the part into the machine. A light curtain provides additional operator safety.

Features of the welder include: independent parameter adjustments for pressure, amplitude and time; filter rotates 60[degrees] per weld; dual palm buttons activated weld cycle; ultrasonic technology; optional mandrels available for different size rings and Allen-Bradley electrical components.

Benefits range from easy part loading and unloading to durable and consistent weld strength and quality to a compact design that minimizes footprint and a light curtain and dual palm buttons that protect the operator from injury.
