Design & Manufacturing Services

Chase Machine & Engineering is the world leader in the design and manufacture of continuous-web machinery, employing ultrasonics ultrasonics, study and application of the energy of sound waves vibrating at frequencies greater than 20,000 cycles per second, i.e., beyond the range of human hearing. , impulse welding welding, process for joining separate pieces of metal in a continuous metallic bond. Cold-pressure welding is accomplished by the application of high pressure at room temperature; forge welding (forging) is done by means of hammering, with the addition of heat. , adhesive, hot air and laser technologies. All designs and manufacturing are produced in-house and a high priority is placed on customer and product confidentiality.

Material Applications Lab

Our Material Applications Lab is equipped with ultrasonic ultrasonic /ul·tra·son·ic/ (-son´ik) beyond the upper limit of perception by the human ear; relating to sound waves having a frequency of more than 20,000 Hz.
