Chase's Leading Estates Tour a Success.

LAKE TAHOE, Nev. -- A sampling of Lake Tahoe's most desired homes opened their doors recently to a select group of brokers, architects, high-end clients, and media in one of the most highly-anticipated property events of the year.

Nearly 300 invitation-only guests made their way around Lake Tahoe, Wednesday, June 23, peeking into the multi-million dollar homes on the market. Chase International hosts the event, which usually nets a couple sales, in an effort to connect exclusive properties with select brokers and top-producing agents. Sacramento's KOVR-CBS, San Francisco Chronicle, Sacramento Bee, Reno Gazette Journal, and other media outlets were also on site covering the event.

Homes ranging from $2.295 million to as high as $29 million were on the tour, with 14 of the 16 properties being lakefront. One featured estate is scheduled for auction August 5 and another was part of Chase's Luxury Vacation rentals.

"It's a great opportunity for buyers and out-of-area agents to get a feel for the Tahoe market and get an extensive look into lakefront luxury living," Chase said.

According to Chase, with the national economy on the upswing, many of these featured homes are set to move. This year the market is up 50 percent across the board and there are more Lake Tahoe estates selling for over $1 million than ever in history.
