Charys Holding Company Demonstrates Consistent Organic Growth with Publicized Achievements of Its Subsidiaries.

ATLANTA -- Charys Holding Company, Inc. ("Charys") (OTCBB:CHYS), a leader in the Integrated Infrastructure and Technology Services sector, introduced several recent achievements that demonstrate continued growth in its markets. Billy V. Ray, Jr., CEO, in a meeting with various analysts described recent company events and achievements by Charys subsidiaries.

Crochet & Borel Services, Inc. ("C&B") has entered into Advance Emergency Response Agreements with two new accounts, expanding their Preferred Client coverage by over 2 million square feet. Cotton Companies ("Cotton"), the Charys' pending acquisition previously reported, has been added to five major customers' vendor lists.

Charys' previously announced C&B Holding Company will integrate C&B and Cotton together to form one of the largest recovery, reconstruction, and environmental remediation companies in the world. The surviving branding and operating entity will highlight the Cotton brand.

C&B's agreement with Lake Charles Memorial Hospital, one of the premier full service health care facilities in SW Louisiana, covers more than 1 million square feet and the second client, Gold's Gym, the largest co-ed gym chain in the world, covers 1.2 million square feet.

Cotton USA has been selected once again to the select vendor program of the largest nationwide home hardware store chain. This three-year contract follows a competitive bid process through which Cotton was selected. Cotton has recently been selected by Sportsman's Warehouse, located in over 25 states, as preferred vendor. In addition, Cotton has added client agreements with Lifetime Fitness, with more than 60 locations in the US, and East Carolina University, a constituent institution of the University of North Carolina located in Greenville. Also, Cotton has been received vendor selection by the world's largest mass merchandising retailer for facility remediation and restoration incidents.

Charys Technologies Group (CTG) has been selected as the Wireless network provider for the 4th annual ConVurge Conference being held in December of this year. This annual event is by invitation only between selected Federal Government Agencies and leading technology companies. CTG will provide a broadband wireless, multi-service WiFi platform supporting the networking requirements of the event; as well as providing internet access and VoIP for the attendees. These services will be provided by CTG utilizing its specialized integrated solution currently being offered to multiple Government agencies for tactical fast deployment requirements. CTG is also demonstrating the flexibility and dependability of its solution in multiple metropolitan areas as they strive to bridge the digital divide.

Aeon Technologies (Aeon) is expanding technology staging and assembly facilities, leasing a 60,000 square foot facility in the Dallas metroplex. This facility will centralize Aeon management and administration functions in addition to providing significant space for its rapidly expanding wireless technology assembly and deployment services.

Method IQ, a leader in Driving Customer Interaction Excellence for organizations across North America, has recently been selected to the Microsoft Partner Advisory Group for the upcoming release of Exchange 2007. This new Microsoft platform provides built-in support for Unified Messaging, and marks the start of the third wave of unified messaging technology: robust, interoperable, server-based tools that integrate with desktop and mobile clients to give information workers access to voice, fax, and e-mail data from wherever they are and allows users to use the telephone to manage their email, calendar, and personal contacts. With its depth of expertise in next-generation communication technologies, now including Microsoft Exchange 2007, Method IQ will provide services to both its direct customers as well as partnering with other Microsoft providers that lack deep expertise in telephony.
