Charys Holding Company Announces the Next Step in the Implementation of its Build-To-Suit Tower Strategy.

SAN ANTONIO -- Charys Holding Company, Inc. ("Charys"), (OTCBB: CHYS.OB), today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary CCI Telecom, Inc. ("CCI"), has entered into an agreement with Red Elm Associates, LLC ("Red Elm") of San Antonio, Texas, to develop build-to-suit cell tower opportunities.

The agreement provides for the construction of a four (4) carrier designed 190' monopole structure to be located along Interstate 440 in Pulaski County, Arkansas. A five (5) year lease with four (4) additional five (5) year options has been executed by and between Red Elm, the owner of the site and Alltel Communications, Inc. the anchor tenant. Furthermore, CCI is currently under negotiations with additional tenants on behalf of Red Elm for this site. A stated objective under this agreement is to develop an additional four to five multi-tenant tower sites highlighting CCI's broader intent, which is to expand its construction expertise to include site management and site marketing with the added benefit of future ownership opportunity.

CCI was awarded the construction contract and a multi-year site management/marketing contract as well for the build-to-suit opportunity which includes additional fees for various services rendered on each contract. Along with the construction revenue and management fees, CCI was paid a finders fee and will have the right to participate in up to 22.5% of future earnings from the lease revenue.
