A stated objective under this agreement is to develop an additional four to five multi-tenant tower sites highlighting CCI's broader intent, which is to expand its construction expertise to include site management and site marketing with the added benefit of future ownership opportunity.

CCI was awarded the construction contract and a multi-year site management/marketing contract as well for the build-to-suit opportunity which includes additional fees for various services rendered on each contract. Along with the construction revenue and management fees, CCI was paid a finders fee and will have the right to participate in up to 22.5% of future earnings from the lease revenue.
