: CHYS), announced earlier today the Letter of Intent for the acquisition of C&B Services. To clarify numerous inquiries, the proposed terms are as follows:

Pursuant to the Terms of the transaction Charys will issue 8 million restricted shares as well as a cash component. The company will have approximately 24,953,137 shares outstanding post merger, with approximately 35 million shares fully diluted di·lute
