Charys' Aeon Technologies Achieves Prestigious ISO 9001:2000 Certification.

ATLANTA -- Charys Holding Company, Inc. ("Charys") (OTC Bulletin Board: CHYS) a leading provider of wireless communications and data infrastructure development to communications service providers and restoration and reconstruction services to commercial and residential customers, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Aeon Technologies, Inc. ("Aeon") has earned ISO 9001:2000 certification.

Developed by the International Organization for Standardization, ISO 9001:2000 is a series of standards of good management practices that apply to any industry or organization. It is based on eight Quality Management Principles: customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making, and mutually beneficial supplier relationships. The primary aim of these principles is to provide a framework for organizations to insure consistent quality performance and customer satisfaction.
