) (along with its subsidiaries, the "Company" or "Charter") will host a conference call on Wednesday, February 28, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to discuss financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2006, and to respond to questions. A press release reporting such results will be issued at 8:00 a.m. ET that day.

The conference call will be webcast live via the Company's website at www.charter.com. The webcast can be accessed by clicking on "About Us" on the top right of the home page. The call will be archived in the "Investor Center" in the "Presentation/Webcast" section on the left beginning two hours after completion of the call. Participants should go to the call link no later than 10 minutes prior to the start time to register.

Those participating via telephone should dial 888/233-1576 no later than 10 minutes prior to the call. International participants should dial 706/643-3458.

A replay of the call will be available at 800/642-1687 or 706/645-9291 beginning two hours after the completion of the call through midnight on March 8, 2007. The passcode for the replay is 6198768.
