Charter of Democracy is merely an agreement , not part of constitution: Taseer.ISLAMABAD, October 19, 2009 (Frontier Star): Governor Punjab Salman Taseer has said that Charter of Democracy (CoD) was merely an agreement, and not a part of Constitution.
