) equipment in six Charter markets that currently have VOD service and in additional markets later this year.

The company has installed nCUBE's equipment in the following markets: Birmingham, Ala.; Fort Worth, Texas Fort Worth is the fifth-largest city in the state of Texas, 18th-largest city in the United States[1], and voted one of "America’s Most Livable Communities. ; Newtown, Conn.; and Glendale, Long Beach, and Pasadena, Calif.

Under its agreement with Charter, nCUBE will provide Charter with its full suite of On-Demand solutions for VOD, including the nABLE On-Demand Management System, nODA, which allows operators to customize the user guides as well as nCUBE's n4 and enhanced n4x servers. nCUBE's On-Demand Platform provides operators a complete, easy-to-use solution for delivering on-demand content with the scalability to support the future of everything-on-demand (EOD EOD

Charter previously announced it is using Concurrent equipment in the markets where it provides Video-on-Demand service over the Motorola platform. Charter has installed and tested Concurrent VOD equipment in Asheville, N.C.; Duluth, Ga.; Greenville/Spartanburg, S.C.; Hickory, N.C.; Slidell, La.; and St. Louis, Mo.
