Charter Power Systems completes 2.6 million share offering; Stock moves to NASDAQ.Power Systems, Inc. today announced the completion of a public offering of approximately 2.6 million shares of common stock at $27 per share. Approximately 2.55 million of the shares sold represented a secondary offering from private investors. The remaining 50,000 shares represented common stock sold by the company. The company also announced that, effective upon the opening of business on Oct. 27, 1995 its common stock will begin trading on the NASDAQ NASDAQ in full National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations U.S. market for over-the-counter securities.
