Charter Oak Bank Welcomes Senior Vice President & Relationship Manager John Muhlner to Our St. Helena Office.

NAPA, Calif. -- Charter Oak Bank (OTCBB:CHOB) is pleased to announce that John Muhlner has joined our team as Senior Vice President & Relationship Manager in our St. Helena office. John comes to Charter Oak Bank with over 25 years in the banking industry. John has an in-depth knowledge of the St. Helena/Calistoga community and rounds out a strong Sales Team.

He and his wife Jennifer have lived in the Napa Valley for over 10 years, although his family history in the St. Helena area dates back to the mid-50s. He appreciates the opportunity to work in the community where he lives.

John and Jennifer enjoy the hands-on experience of working in their vineyard, Sole-Vigne ("Sun and Vines"). Their home is in the Chiles Valley where they grow Cab, Zin, and Syrah grapes. John is a member of the Napa County Farm Bureau and the Napa Valley Grape Growers Association. He is a supporter of Habitat for Humanity and the Boy Scouts of America. John's activities include golf and, when not on the course, driving around in his 1956 100-4 Austin Healy. He hopes to find a bocce ball team in the near future.
