He and his wife Jennifer have lived in the Napa Valley for over 10 years, although his family history in the St. Helena area dates back to the mid-50s. He appreciates the opportunity to work in the community where he lives.
John and Jennifer enjoy the hands-on experience of working in their vineyard, Sole-Vigne ("Sun and Vines"). Their home is in the Chiles Valley where they grow Cab, Zin, and Syrah grapes. John is a member of the Napa County Farm Bureau and the Napa Valley Grape Growers Association. He is a supporter of Habitat for Humanity Habitat for Humanity, nonprofit ecumenical Christian organization that enables low-income people to own affordable, livable housing.
