Charter First to Provide Multiple Interactive TV Applications; Integration of WINK, DIVA and Scientific-Atlanta Technologies Enhances Viewing Experience.

Stephen Silva, Charter's Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Technology, said Charter is now offering the first application of Wink's Enhanced Broadcasting product with VOD See video-on-demand.
