) have formed a partnership agreement which makes ChartOne's complete range of chart management services directly available to JATA's customers. In return, JATA will offer its own customized services and products directly to ChartOne's customers.

ChartOne offers a wide range of services designed to help hospitals increase profitability and productivity by making it easier to access and manage patient records. ChartOne's services include a wide range of paper based services such as release of information, patient disclosure reporting and file management as well as paperless services including digital chart storage and on-line access of patient records for electronic physician signatures, chart completion and remote coding. The partnership also includes a licensing agreement that enables JATA to offer ChartOne's View Manager(TM) Services technology to its customers. With View Manager Services technology, JATA will now be able to expand their services delivery model to include concurrent remote review of documentation.
