Chart Industries Announces Public Offering of Common Stock.

Of the 2,800,000 shares of common stock, 1,300,000 shares are being sold by the Company and the remaining 1,500,000 shares are being sold by certain stockholders of the Company. The Company has granted to the underwriters of the proposed offering an option to purchase up to an additional 420,000 shares of common stock. Net proceeds Net Proceeds
