) announced net income for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 1995, of $1.74 million, or 21 cents per share Cents per share

Third-quarter revenues were $47.3 million in 1995 up from $46.3 million for the third quarter of 1994.

Net income for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 1995, was $4.2 million, or 50 cents per share, on revenues of $136.7 million. Net income for the same period last year was $3.8 million, or 46 cents per share, on revenues of $131.7 million.

The company opened two Islands restaurants during the third quarter in Chino Chino (chē`nō), city (1990 pop. 59,682), San Bernardino co., S Calif.; founded 1887, inc. 1910. It is the business and processing center of a diversified farming (notably dairying) area.  and Palm Desert, Calif., and in September closed its Quahogs restaurant in Warwick, R.I., pending a review of alternative uses for the restaurant property.
