The improvements in Dobbs Ferry are part of the Company's long-term, system-wide revitalization strategy to build the "New" Chart House brand. The changes are meant to inspire a new and exciting dining experience that will take Chart House into the new millennium without losing the spirit, which has endured for over three decades. The restaurant in Dobbs Ferry, located along the Hudson River, has adopted the atmosphere of its environment. Colorful sails, an indigo blue mezzanine, and a Commodore chair placed at the head of each table give the interior of Chart House a nautical feel. The blues and gold in the carpet and the newly upholstered furniture add even more of a visual variety. "We wanted to give punch to Chart House's appearance.
