CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte's VR Mergers & Acquisitions has completed the transaction of a multiple location trendy, upscale women's boutique. Belle Ville, with three prominent locations in Birkdale Village, The Promenade, and Founders Hall, has been sold to TMS Partners, a local investment group. Each store location will continue to be operated by its existing management team.
