Charlie Anderson Charlie Anderson (born December 8, 1981 in Jackson, Mississippi) is an American football linebacker in the NFL for the Houston Texans. He started 31 of 48 career games for the University of Mississippi, amassing 127 career tackles, 12.  brings a wealth of experience to OSC, including seventeen years in the telecommunications industry. Prior responsibilities include Strategy, Marketing & Sales, Product Management & Development and Business Development. His extensive wireless experience began on the carrier side where he was responsible for subscriber growth, retention and product development. For the last six years, Bill has worked exclusively with carriers as Vice President of National Accounts at Verisign. In this position, he was responsible for addressing their business needs in the areas of billing, signaling and mediation.
