Charley Cherng, 6.SHREWSBURY Charley Cherng, 6, of Shrewsbury, died on Thursday, August 30, 2007 at the Children's Hospital in Boston after a long illness. He was the son of Nehemiah Chenping Cherng and Deborah (Weng) Cherng. Born in China on October 16, 2000, he was educated through Shrewsbury schools and would have entered the first grade. Charley was a member of the First United Methodist Church First United Methodist Church is a common name for the first United Methodist church established in a particular locality.
