Charleston|Orwig, Hartland, Wis., promotes P. Lynn Balinas to president and Mark Gale to chief operating officer/creative director. Agency co-founder and president John Charleston has moved up to the new role of chairman. Balinas had been the agency's executive vice president, Gale the senior vice president/creative director. Charleston will continue to oversee the agency's issues management practice. In addition, veteran copywriter Bill Stadick has been promoted to associate creative director from senior copywriter. CEO Lyle Orwig will continue to lead the agency's agricultural marketing team, which serves clients including Pfizer Inc., Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition Group, Dairyland Seed and Smithfield Foods.
