Charles W. Curt.


Charles W. Curt, P.E., 51, has been named senior vice president of Syska & Hennessy, Inc., Engineers, and director of the firm's Laboratory Group. In addition, Curt will oversee the engineering activities of special use projects, such as stadiums, arenas and public assembly complexes.

Most recently, Curt was a partner in M-E Engineers, Inc., Denver, Colorado, a mechanical and electrical engineering electrical engineering: see engineering.

Curt spearheaded the design of research/manufacturing facilities for clients such as Cray Research See Cray. , Inc., Data General Corporation, Ball Aerospace, Motorola, Lockheed, AT&T HOBIS HOBIS Hotel Billing Information System  and Manville Corporation.

Curt graduated from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, with a BS in mechanical engineering. A licensed professional engineer in nine states, Curt is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating re·frig·er·ate

 and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASH-RAE), and the American Consulting Engineers Council.

His technical paper on "Innovative Techniques for Controlling Evaporative Cooling Systems in High-bay Manufacturing Facilities" was included in an ASHRAE ASHRAE American Society of Heating, Refrigerating & Air Conditioning Engineers  reference book "Innovative Air Conditioning Systems," published in 1987.
