Charles V. Tabone is Newmark's Industrial Broker of the Year.

, managing principal, has been awarded Newmark's Industrial Broker of the Year Award for his work in 2003.

This award is a company-wide recognition. Mr. Tabone is based at the company's Long Island, New York office.

This past year, Tabone completed more than 750,000 square feet of industrial sales and leases on behalf of such leading companies as The New York Times, Apple Sports (an official licensor of Wilson golf products) and Wenner Bread Products.

He was also selected as Newmark's Industrial Broker of the Year in 2001.

Throughout his more than 25-year career in the field of commercial and industrial real estate, Tabone has been instrumental in facilitating numerous industrial, office, R&D, retail, land and build-to-suit transactions, and has also successfully marketed millions of square feet of exclusive listings, in addition to providing exclusive tenant/purchaser representation.
