For the last four years, Dickson has served as Chief Financial Officer of NextLevel Systems, Inc. (formerly General Instrument Corporation), a $2-billion world leader in providing equipment and services for advanced broadband networks.

In his last assignment at MCI (1) (Media Control Interface) A high-level programming interface from Microsoft and IBM for controlling multimedia devices. It provides commands and functions to open, play and close the device.
