Meier designed the exterior and interiors, including the living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and all details, as well as building amenities like a private wine cellar and professional screening room that accommodates 35 with theater seats originally designed by Meier for the Getty Museum. In addition, Meier designed a sunken, natural light-filled, double-height atrium with private fitness center, a 50-foot infinity-edge pool and a 15-foot water wall.
