Signorino, who has more than 20 years of experience, will be responsible for the design and execution of all MONY compensation programs, including salaries, cash initiatives and equity grants. Signorino has also held compensation positions at Continental Corporation and Merrill Lynch International. Signorino received a bachelor's degree in English from Brooklyn College in 1978.
