The PreMax is a highly efficient mixer, used to improve pigment dispersion prior to media milling. The PreMax contains a special rotor/stator that creates high flow and shear rates. The PreMax can eliminate the need for a media mill. In all cases, this mixer reduces the number of passes required to obtain high quality dispersions by up to 50%.
