For the third quarter, at current exchange rates, the Company now expects revenue growth in a range of 6-9% over the third quarter of 2002 and earnings per diluted share to be in the range of $0.39 to $0.41. This compares to the Company's earlier guidance of revenue growth in a range of 12-14% and earnings per diluted share of $0.42 to $0.44.
