Charles River Completes the Acquisition of NewLab BioQuality AG.

) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of privately-held NewLab BioQuality AG (NewLab), a Dusseldorf, Germany-based provider of safety and quality control services to biopharmaceutical clients. NewLab joins Charles River Biopharmaceutical Services, which provides services to support the development and manufacture of biologics.
