Velocita was previously the Cingular Interactive business unit which was sold to affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management. During his time with Cingular Interactive, Charles led unprecedented growth in the company's wireless data business, with network subscribers and revenues doubling on an annual basis over a five-year period. In addition, he developed, launched and executed a number of highly successful sales and marketing campaigns around industry vertical solutions including Cingular Messaging applications and the extremely popular BlackBerry wireless e-mail product.
