Charles Mancini has been active in New York State's building industry for over three decades. His contributions to builders throughout the state in the area of government and legal affairs are unmatched. He was instrumental in the development of the New York State Warranty Law, NYSBA NYSBA New York State Bar Association NYSBA New York State Brewers Association Legal Defense Fund and the Long Island Pine Barrens Commission. In addition to these accomplishments, he de,signed a model for industry multi-party negotiations. Mancini's role in New York's building industry associations has been equally extensive. He is also currently aboard member of the Long Island Builders Institute, after serving the organization in a variety of roles, including president and chairman.
