Charles T. Lee has joined the national insurance coverage practice group of McCarter & English, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , and will be resident in its Stamford, Connecticut office. Mr. Lee has recovered millions of dollars for such clients as General Electric and Getty Petroleum. He represented the Treasurer of the State of Connecticut in a jury trial in 2004 against the private equity firm Forstmann Little on behalf of the State pension funds. Earlier, he represented Connecticut in a suit against the State of New York, which successfully invalidated the selective repeal of the New York City New York City: see New York, city.
