Originally called "OLE Messaging" and "Active Messaging," CDO wraps the Enhanced MAPI library into a COM object that provides the execution. Lee will be based in New York and report to Lainie Kaye, a Managing Director and Head of CMBS securitization. He will also have reporting responsibilities to Emile Van-Den-Bol, a Managing Director and Global Head of CRE CDOs. Lee joins Deutsche Bank after 10 years with JPMorgan, where he was most recently a Vice President on the commercial real estate securitization team.
